I’m a 23 year old personal trainer and developed a love for fitness and nutrition while in my last few years of college. I graduated in May of 2021 with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, and took courses like Anatomy and Nutrition that allowed me to learn the different ways our bodies work. I also am CPT through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
My love for fitness and nutrition developed due to me growing up not playing sports, but still wanting to find a way to move my body. My goal is to help those like me who feel like they have been “dieting” their entire lives, while still feeling unhappy in their progress.
